Details about your document:
- Document must be an original or a certified copy.
Where was the document issued?
- Was the document issued by the U.S. Federal government? or a government entity
- Is it a corporate or a personal document that is signed and notarized by a licensed notary public. (Please note: A document issued by a US entity CAN NOT be notarized.
Country of destination:
Is the country where the document will be used is a Hague Convention Country?
- If yes, then your document will require an apostille.
- If your document was not issued by a Hague Convention Country then your document will require Document Authentication. If the country is NOT on these lists, then your document will require a U.S. Secretary of State certification and may require additional documents. It may also be required that your documents are legalized by the Embassy or a Consulate.
Review of documents:
We are a mobile service and we will retrieve the document from work or home. Please do not have the document notarized ahead of time. If it is not done correctly, it will have to be done over again. Generally we recommend that you have two originals one to be sent to you and one to go to its final destination

Foreign documents are mailed DHL unless the client has their own FedEx/UPS account and provides their own label. Otherwise please provide
